I have recently moved from Brisbane to Perth and I would like to pass on to you and your managers a big thank you for all your assistance in helping us unload our goods and in particular our own ute of goods we packed ourselves. The courtesy and manners of the staff in Brisbane were fantastic. The same to be said about the Perth end, my son advised me that the staff in Perth reciprocated what we received in Brisbane, they helped load some goods onto my sons trailer and helped tie the load down, this to me was going above the call of duty. I have been meaning to contact you guys since the move a few months ago. I just wanted to say I am a very happy customer. I have moved a great many times and it has been a long time since I can say that of a removal company. I have heard many horror stories with removal companies. Hannan’s were great across the board, from communications, to pick up and delivery. The guys were careful and conscientious - everything arrived in the condition it left in, the boys were happy to oblige in putting furniture where I asked and were very friendly, happy and upbeat.
