Since opening our Darwin depot in 2004, Hannan Removals has been working hand- in- hand with local job seeker organizations to offer Indigenous Australians positions within our company. We are extremely aware of the cultural needs of our indigenous workforce and pride ourselves on our respectful and flexible company approach.

In 2009, Container Handling Systems opened a company division, ‘Hart’, (Hannan Australia’s Removalist Training) to operate as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO). We have since operated courses in Darwin, Brisbane and Sydney liaising with Mission Australia and Job Find Centre to offer an opportunity for under-privilged and Indigenous Australians to enter the Removalist Industry. Working with a variety of individual needs has given us the opportunity to expand our knowledge, understanding and respect for different social, racial and economic situations. We have discontinued Hart’s registration while continuing to utilise its courses' materials.
